The main body of the product is made of ABS. The cylinders used inside the product are all made of aluminum, and the pistons are all made of nylon.
Machinery/Production Process
Our production process utilizes injection molding machines (including a dedicated ABS resin model) and plastic sealing machines. After the mold is injected and shaped, components are transferred to the assembly line. Assembly is integrated with functional testing (battery, circuit board, buttons, power bank). Finally, products are batched and undergo a secondary, comprehensive inspection in a dedicated quality control room.
